*A non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. Sessions are not booked until signed contract  and non refundable retainer are received 

* Your non refundable retainer is your payment for your time slot. Once paid you've paid for that time frame and it is blocked off for you.

*If you wish to reschedule you will have to put down another deposit for your new requested date. As your deposit only holds the time slot requested at the time.

*For certain circumstances at J Beauty Photography discretion we will honor rescheduling a session. Wardrobe not arriving is not a valid reason to reschedule please have back up outfits available or you will forfeit your retainer.

*If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us your session will be cancelled. 

* J Beauty Photography accepts invoices paid via Pay Pal  or Cash.

* J Beauty Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions at any time. No free product or refund will be offered. (If no new date can be agreed upon deposit will be returned) While every effort is made to not reschedule, illness, weather or things out of our control may happen.

* Portrait Proofs after delivered within 24-48 hours of session. If you have yet to receive yours within the time frame please reach out.

* All print orders must be placed online and processing delivery times are dependent on professional printer timelines. J Beauty Photography is not responsible for delays in product shipping.

* Additional Edits are $20 per photo

*Client will not receive a download pin for entire session proofs unless they decide to purchase. Full session proofs start at $450

* Standard Portrait Experiences are approximately 60 minutes

* Time limits are guidelines only. They may be shorter or longer dependent on the photographer’s discretion. No make-up time or refund will be given if all time is not used. No additional fees will be charged should extra time be used due to photographer’s choice. Additional time requested by client will be $100 per every 30 minutes.

* Copyright is protected by the Federal Copyright Law. 

* Session Galleries are available for 14 days following gallery delivery. At this time, they will be archived and an additional fees may be applied for gallery requests after this time.

*Additional policies may be listed in your contract specific to your session type.

*J Beauty Photography reserves the right to change these policies at any time.
